Due to the continued expansion of our in-flight entertainment portfolio we are looking for Digital Content Coordinators to join our team delivering in-flight entertainment products to our airline customers.

The Digital Content Coordinator will:

  • Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure timely supply of Metadata and all digital content to the correct specification and within deadlines
  • Integrate all digital content (movies, TV, audio, magazines) within the contracted lead-time, working to reduce any delays, irrespective of cause
  • Complete QC checks and documentation in full and as per process for every integration.
  • Dispatch integrated content sets to schedule every month, with no manual or avoidable encoding errors being missed by QC
  • Work with the Bluebox Service Delivery team to assist with boarding of new clients
  • Update the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) on any delays ASAP and record the progress of each integration against schedule via completion of KPI sheets
  • Raise, track and document any technical issues with the relevant support teams
  • Record Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data during each stage of the integration process and accurately complete the Master KPI report before the end of each month

Required skills:

  • Strong school exam results
  • Have excellent English written and verbal skills with good grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Demonstrable experience of working independently, without supervision, organise own workload
  • Previous experience of being customer first point of contact and handling queries by phone and email
  • Microsoft Office intermediate level and above, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Command Line Interface experience
  • Experience in a creative / digital production environment

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Degree educated in an associated subject
  • Any business level or relevant software certification
  • Working with Apple hardware and software
  • Adobe Acrobat or Creative Suite /cloud experience
  • Apple OS / iOS experience
  • Experience of report writing and analytics
  • Producing files for web upload
  • Graphics production
  • Quality control experience
  • Supplier Management experience

What we offer:

In return, the successful Digital Content Coordinator will receive a salary of between £18,000 and £22,000 depending on experience. In addition to this, the Digital Content Coordinator will receive an attractive package including 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), workplace pension, death in service benefits. We have a pleasant office environment which is very close to the railway station and bus routes and there is potential for occasional overseas travel.
