What’s the job?
This role is within a small, dedicated team that oversees the integration of digital content to our clients (movies, TV, audio, magazines).
Based in our offices in Dunfermline, duties include liaising with third party suppliers to ensure timely supply of full Metadata, complete QC checks and produce documentation, report to team lead for schedule updates/KPI checks, dispatch integrated content sets to schedule every month along with raising and tracking of any technical issues to the relevant support teams.
The core skills required in this role are – a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to take ownership and initiative, and superior time management. Candidates must have experience of Microsoft Office intermediate level and above, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel along with Quality control experience.
We’re looking for someone with these skills and experience
- Have excellent English written and verbal skills with good grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Experience of report writing and analytics
- Windows and Mac experience
- Linux Terminal experience
- FTP experience
- Producing files for web upload
- Any business level or relevant software certification
- Able to work with limited supervision and comfortable interacting and communicating at all levels of business
- Team player with good interpersonal skills as well as a dynamic, energetic, motivated & positive outlook
- Knowledge and experience of Apple products
What we offer:
In return, the successful CIS will receive a salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on experience. In addition to this, the CIS will receive an attractive package including 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), staff Benefits package including EAP (Perkbox), workplace pension, death in service benefits. We have a pleasant office environment which is very close to the railway station and bus routes and there is potential for occasional overseas travel.
