Gilli Butterworth-Jaffray is Head of Operations

Gilli is Bluebox’s Head of Operations and applying over 10 years of combined Programs & Operations management experience across varied technical disciplines and service delivery industries.

Gilli joined Bluebox in 2018, as an IFE systems Project Manager. Previous Oil & Gas industry experience fast-tracked Gilli’s progression to lead an expanding Operations team, managing teams responsible for providing pre- and post-implementation Project Management and Customer Support Services to our clients around the world.

Included with the day-to-day operational priority setting and goal of “getting things done,” the primary scope of Gilli’s role is the management of Bluebox Projects and Technical Support teams, to deploy and support Bluebox systems with clients around the world. Gilli also has responsibility for the inventory and production management of our award-winning portable wireless streaming solution, Bluebox Wow.

Gilli’s career path continues to be exciting and varied. Before Bluebox and the world of Aviation, it had been predominantly within Oil and Gas Industry, working upwards through the ranks of mechanical engineering design to technical Program Manager of global teams, successfully delivering engineered R&D solutions for complex O&G technology.

As well as having a demonstrated technical background, Gilli is a certified Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 & Agile practitioner.
